# How to limit the visibility of proposal and estimate templates for technicians based on their assigned Business Units?

## Problem

Technicians can see all estimate templates. You want them to see only the ones related to their Business Units (BUs).

## Solution

This process ensures that technicians only see the proposal and estimate templates assigned to their Business Units.

1. Go to **Pricebook**.
2. Click on **Templates**.
3. Select **Proposal templates**.
4. Find the template you want to edit. Click **Edit**.
5. Click on **View Edit Details**.
6. Look for the option to **Add BU**.
7. Choose the Business Unit you want to assign to the template.
8. Click **Save**.
