# Find how many batches each employee created

## Overview

ServiceTitan lets you look up the batches a specific employee created by searching and filtering by user. This is useful for reviewing batching activity, checking accountability, or auditing who created which batches. Office staff with accounting access can run this lookup in a few clicks without building a custom report.

#### Feature configuration

- You need permission to access batching and search in Accounting. Batching permissions are role-based and managed under **Settings > People > Role Permissions**.

## Find batches created by an employee

1. 2. On the *Search* screen, click the **Search** dropdown and select **Batch**.
3. In the *Filters* section, enter the employee's user name in the **User** dropdown.
4. Click **Search**.
5. Review the resulting table. It shows all the batches created by that user.
