# How to add a direct desk number to your ServiceTitan profile

## Problem

You want to know how to change your Office Phone number in ServiceTitan.

## Solution

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Settings**.
2. Click **People > Employees**.
3. Find your employee profile and click **Edit**.
4. In the *Contact Information* section, enter your number in the *Office Phone* field.
5. Click **Save Changes**.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** If you use your cell number, ServiceTitan will call that number and then connect you with the customer. It is always best that everyone has their own number listed in their employee profiles to avoid issues with outbound calls.
