# How does Zubie integration work with ServiceTitan's dispatch board?

## Introduction

This guide explains how Zubie map data in ServiceTitan when Zubie is integrated with your account. It covers where to find the information and how it works with the Dispatch Board. Access Zubie data on the Dispatch Board map. Zubie sends pings to update technician locations automatically.

## Problem

You cannot find the Zubie map in ServiceTitan after integration.

## Solution

### Workflow Summary

1. Go to the main navigation bar and click **Dispatch**.
2. Look for the map view on the Dispatch Board.
3. Observe technician locations on the map.

> **Note:** Zubie sends pings to ServiceTitan automatically.
4. Watch as technician locations update on the Dispatch Board map
5. Use the Zubie app for more detailed tracking information.

**What it does:** Gives dispatchers a real-time view of the day's work to manually assign, drag-and-drop, or adjust job assignments.
