# How do we fix slowness issues in ServiceTitan?

## Problem

Office employees report slowness in ServiceTitan. Some elements on fully loaded pages take up to 3 seconds to load.

## Solution

Identify and resolve the slowness issues in ServiceTitan for your office staff.

### Check internet speed

1. Test your internet [connection speed](https://www.speedtest.net/).
2. If slow, contact your internet service provider.

### Clear cache and cookies in Google Chrome

1. On your computer, open *Google Chrome*.
2. At the top right, click **More** and then **Clear browsing data**.
3. A new window opens.
4. Select the **Advanced** tab.
5. From the *Time range* dropdown, select **All time**.
6. Select **Cookies and other site data** and **Cached images and files**.
7. Click **Clear data**.

### Use incognito mode

1. On your computer, open *Google Chrome*.
2. At the top right, click **More** and then **Clear browsing data**.
3. Select New Incognito Window.
4. Log in to ServiceTitan and check if it's faster.

### Review computer performance

1. Check your computer for any running programs that might slow it down.
2. Close unnecessary programs.

### Update your browser

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Click **More** in the top right corner.
3. Go to **Help > About Google Chrome**.
4. Chrome will check for updates.
5. If there's an update, Chrome will install it automatically.
6. Relaunch Chrome.

### Check ServiceTitan on a different computer

1. Log in to ServiceTitan from a different computer.
2. Compare the performance.
