# How do I view the built-in agreement sent out with estimates for customers to sign?

## Problem

You need to locate and view the service agreement text in ServiceTitan.

## Solution

### View the agreement text

1. 2. In the side panel, click **Operations > Business Units**.
3. Select a business unit to edit.
4. Scroll down to the *Estimate Authorization Paragraph* section.
5.
