How do I view the built-in agreement sent out with estimates for customers to sign?

Problem

You need to locate and view the service agreement text in ServiceTitan.

Solution

View the agreement text

1. Go to ServiceTitan and click Settings .

2. In the side panel, click Operations > Business Units.

3. Select a business unit to edit.

4. Scroll down to the Estimate Authorization Paragraph section.

5. View the agreement text in this section.
