# How do I track how many times a pricebook item appears on invoices?

## Problem

You need to determine how frequently a specific task is being added to invoices in your ServiceTitan account.

## Solution

### Workflow Summary

Use the Invoice Item Detail with Pricebook Information report.

### Run the report

1. Go to **Reports** in the main navigation menu.
2. 3. Use the filters to narrow down your report results.
4. When you're finished setting filters, click **Run Report**.
5. The report updates, showing the results in a table.
6. Click the **Filter** in the *Item Code* column.
7. In the *Contains* field, type in the name of the specific task you want to view, then click **Filter**. 8. The report results will update, showing you only the item code you filtered for.
