# How do I set up alerts or reports for aging received POs nearing return expiration dates based on job in ServiceTitan?

### Creating custom reports to track return deadlines

1. Open ServiceTitan on your computer.
2. 3. Create a new Purchase Order or open an existing one.
4. In the *Memo* field add the memo including the vendor return policy.

7. Create a custom report using the *Purchasing* template.
8. Add columns to your report including *PO type*, *Job #*, *Job Status*, *Memo*, and any transaction dates needed.
