Click on the *Templates* filter, then select **Technician Performance**. 3. Choose any of the reports that are built off the Technician Performance template. For example, we'll use the *Recall %* report. 4. Click **Edit Report**. 5. Add the **Recall Jobs** column, then click **Apply**. 6. When you run the report again, the number of recall jobs appear in the *Recall Jobs* column. > **Note:** For recall jobs to show in the report, they must be properly marked as recalls in ServiceTitan. ### Create a custom Technician Performance report 1. Go to **Reports** in the main navigation menu. 2. Click **Create Report**. 3. Under *Choose report type*, select **All**. 4. Under *Select a report template*, select **Technician Performance.** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/how-do-i-see-recall-jobs-by-technician-in-my-reports-image-zthdrdlg.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A50%3A59Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A50%3A59Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=7CZLYpsNiTW0nkkHaO8sM0YRi%2BNhiCzErLALID1D0SY%3D) 5.
