# How do I reset a forgotten password for a tenant account in Enterprise Hub?

## Problem

You can't log in because the system asks you to change the password, but you don't remember it.

## Solution

### Reset your tenant password

1. Go to [go.servicetitan.com](http://go.servicetitan.com)**.**
2. Click **Forgot Password?**
3. Enter your email.
4. Reset your password for an individual tenant.

Remember you reset your tenant password, not your Enterprise Hub password.
