# How do I make my form show up for certain business units?

## Problem

Forms do not pop up during appointments because they lack proper business unit assignment in the form settings.

## Solution

### Edit form business units

1. 2. In the side panel, click **Operations > Forms**.
3. Find your form in the list.
4. Click on the form name to edit it.
5. Scroll down to the *Business Unit* section.
6. 7. Select the business units where you want the form to appear.
8. Click **Save** to apply your changes.
