# How do I fix missing dates in the Last Job Completed column of the Customer List report?

## Problem

The *Last Job Completed* column shows N/A instead of actual completion dates. This happens when business unit filters limit the data displayed.

## Solution

### Workflow Summary

Clear the business unit filter in your Customer List report. This will show all job completion dates.

### Clear the Business Unit filter

The business unit filter only shows job completion dates for jobs within that specific business unit. Clearing the filter allows all completed jobs to appear in the column.

1. Go to **Reports** in the main navigation menu.
2. 3. 4. Click **Run Report** to run the report again.
5. Check that the *Last Job Completed* column now shows actual dates.
