# How do I find a call recording for a specific phone number?

## Problem

You need to find a Call Recording for a certain phone number, but it is not associated with the customer's account and is not showing up in the search results.

## Solution

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Search**.
2. Change the filter to *Call*.
3. Enter the phone number you are looking for in the **Number Dialed** field.
4. If the call recording is associated with a customer, change the **Customer** field to the customer's name to find the recording.
5. If the call recording is not associated with a customer, enter the phone number in the **Caller** field to find the recording.
6. If the call recording is still not showing up, check that the phone number is correct and that the call was not made from a different number.
7. If the call recording is still not showing up, contact [ServiceTitan Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for further assistance.
