# How Can Technicians View Future Jobs for the Week?

## Problem

How can technicians view their scheduled jobs for the week, not just the current day?

## Solution

### Review the Technician's Upcoming Appointment Visibility Settings

Technicians can view their future jobs for the week by adjusting settings in their Technician Profile. Follow these steps:

1. 2. Go to **People** > **Technicians**.
3. On the Technician page that opens, click **Edit** on the technician who needs to see their future jobs.
4. On the Technician record that opens, scroll down to the ServiceTitan Mobile Access section and select the Upcoming Appointment Visibility settings.
5. Select *Show all assigned/dispatched/working appointments*.
6. Click **Save**.

The user record for a field technician in ServiceTitan, containing schedule, skills, pay rates, certifications, and performance history.

**What it does:** Centralizes all information needed to schedule, pay, and evaluate a technician from a single record.
