When shared, they often force users or third parties to re-authenticate in another tenant account. To streamline access, we need a consistent URL format that works across tenants. ## Solution Follow the steps below to solve the issue. ### Share Enterprise Hub links with Enterprise Hub users To share links between Enterprise Hub tenants: 1. Confirm all users are logged into their Enterprise Hub accounts before sharing links. 2. Identify the tenant name in your current Enterprise Hub URL. 3. Find the section after the base domain. 4. Build the link using this format: https://[tenant-name]-[UID].eh.go.servicetitan.com/[page-path] 1. Replace [tenant-name] with the correct target tenant name. 2. Replace [UID] with the correct tenant UID. 3. Keep [eh.go.servicetitan.com](http://eh.go.servicetitan.com/) unchanged. 4. Replace **[page-path]** with the desired page. 5. Share the constructed link. Recipients must already be logged into Enterprise Hub to access it. ### Share links with ServiceTitan users 1. Start with your Enterprise Hub URL, for example, [https://johntest-5031.eh.go.servicetitan.com/#/new/dashboards/modular-dashboard](https://samveltest-5031.eh.go.servicetitan.com/#/new/dashboards/modular-dashboard) 2. Remove the Enterprise Hub portion. 3. Rebuild the link in this format: go.servicetitan.com/[page-path] 1. Replace **[page-path]** with the target page.
