# How can I set up notifications to be alerted when emails bounce or fail to deliver?

## Problem

Emails that fail to deliver or bounce are not generating notifications.

## Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

### Set up an email alert

1. 2. In the side panel, click **Integrations > Alerts.**
3. Click **Add**.
4. Select the **Email Delivery Failed** type.
5. In the *Recipients* field, add the people who should receive notifications.
6.
