# How can I send forms for e-signature from the office side in ServiceTitan?

## Problem

Office users can't send forms for e-signature directly from ServiceTitan. The options available are View, Print, Email, and Create. The e-sign feature is only available for technicians on-site.

## Solution

### Use external e-signature platforms

You can use an external e-signature platform, like DocuSign or Adobe Sign:

1. Go to the external platform's website.
2. Create an account or log in.
3. Upload the form you need signed.
4. Follow the platform's instructions to send the form for e-signature.
5. Once the form is signed, download the completed form to your computer.

### Upload the signed form to ServiceTitan

1. Go to the job record in ServiceTitan.
2. Go to the *History* section.
3. 5. Find the signed form file on your computer.
