If you have a large number of shifts you need to edit, you can bulk delete delete them and create new ones with the correct start time. For more, see the [Delete multiple shifts](/construction/docs/use-technician-shifts-1#delete-multiple-shifts) section of [Use technician shifts.](/construction/docs/use-technician-shifts-1) 2. **Optimize route:** Make sure all your technician addresses and service location addresses are validated in ServiceTitan so that Optimize Technician Route can work properly. For more, see the [Set up Optimize Technician Route](/construction/docs/use-optimize-technician-route#set-up-optimize-technician-route) section of [Use Optimize Technician Route](/construction/docs/use-optimize-technician-route). These adjustments ensure that Technician Shifts and Optimize Technician Route accounts for your technician's commute from home, aligning with your operational needs.
