# How can I prevent forms from triggering on every appointment?

## Problem

Forms are triggered on every appointment for multi-day jobs.

## Solution

### Uncheck default appointment trigger for forms

1. 2. In the side panel, click **Operations > Forms**.
3. Find the form trigger you want to edit.

5. Find the *Trigger on all appointments* option.
6.
