# How can I identify customers using a saved payment method on file?

## Introduction

Find customers with saved payment methods by editing a report.

## Problem

I’m having an issue running a report to identify customers with a saved payment method and update their payment terms while sending new authorization forms.

Identify customers who have a payment method on file.

### Find customers with saved payments

1. Go to the **Reports** tab.
2. Click **Create Report**.
3. Select **Others > Saved Payment Methods**.
4. Select **Next**.
5. Fill out the information in the *Set Details* screen and click **Save**.
