# How can I export job lists from ServiceTitan to MS Excel?

## Problem

After a recent update, the option to export job lists from ServiceTitan to Excel for printing is no longer available.

## Solution

### Enable the export search results for an employee?

1. Log in to ServiceTitan as an administrator or manager.
2. 3. In the side panel click **People > Employees**.
4. Find the employee you want to update and click **Edit**.
5. Click the **Permissions** tab.
6. 7. Click **Save Changes**.
8. Search for the list of jobs.
9. 10. Open the exported file in MS Excel.
11. Use Excel's *Print* feature to print the job list.
