# How can I disable the option of sending text messages to customers to rate the technicians' performance?

## Problem

You want to disable the option that sends text messages to customers for rating technicians but you're unsure how to do so.

## Solution

### Uncheck survey notification option

1. 2. Click on **Communications**.
3. Select **Customer Notifications**.
4. Find the *Survey notification* option.
5. Uncheck the *Survey notification* box to stop sending these messages.

Follow these steps, and you will no longer send text messages asking customers to rate your technicians.
