# How can I check the voicemails for a specific call center in Dialpad?

## Problem

Employees cannot access voicemails left on a specific line.

## Solution

1. Open the [Dialpad app](https://dialpad.com/app).
2. Go to the **Contact Centers** section and select your preferred contact center.
3. Access the **Voicemails** tab from this new location.
