Users need a solution to enable permissions without editing each technician individually. ## Solution Update permissions based on role permissions and apply the changes to existing users. ### Update role permissions 1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Settings** . 2. In the side panel, click **People > Role Permissions**. 3. Find the roles assigned to the employees whose permissions you want to update. 4. Click **Edit** next to each role. 5. Search for the permission you want. 6. If the permission is already checked, uncheck it or vice versa. 7. When finished, click **Save changes**. 8. In the window that opens, click **Save Role & update Users** to apply the change to existing users with that role permission. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** Ensure that users requiring the permission update have the appropriate role assigned in their profile settings.
