You might have roles like **AR Management** and **Payables** in the *Accounting* section. 1. In Enterprise Hub, go to **User Management**. 2. In the side panel, click **Roles**. 3. Create a new role or edit an existing role. For more on how to do that, see [Create and edit user roles in Enterprise Hub](/construction/docs/create-and-edit-user-roles-in-enterprise-hub-1). 4. Click the **ServiceTitan Permissions** tab. For more, see [Set up Enterprise Hub role permissions](/construction/docs/set-up-enterprise-hub-role-permissions-1). 5. Remove permissions related to AP from roles or users responsible for AR. 6. For users or roles handling AP, ensure they do not have permissions for AR tasks. > [!TIP] > **Tip:** Create a new role that specifically focuses on AR or AP to streamline permission process. 7. Review each role and assign it to relevant users. Remember, this workaround involves manually adjusting permissions for each user or role. It's important to regularly review permissions to ensure they align with your organization's needs.
