# How can I allow a user to add or edit Blocked Numbers?

## Problem

One of my employees can't add or edit blocked numbers.

## Solution

Follow the steps to grant the necessary permission to the employee to add blocked numbers.

### Enable a permission

1. 2. 3. Go to the *Permissions* sections.
4. 5. When finished, click **Save Changes.**
