# How can I add another email address to receive service follow-up alerts when a technician completes a job?

## Problem

You need to add another email address to receive service follow-up alerts when technicians complete jobs.

## Solution

1. Go to **Settings > Operations**.
2. Select **Alerts**.
3. Choose the alert you want to add the email to.
4. Click **Edit**.
5. Locate the **Recipients** section.
6. Add the new email address.
7. Click **Save**.
