Office employees can use Fleet Pro to track drivers’ locations and habits, re-assign vehicles when necessary, receive alerts, and more. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Fleet managers, dispatch managers, and dispatchers - Applies to all business types - Applies to all trades #### Feature configuration - Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. - To get started with Fleet Pro, request a demo by clicking **Get Started** on our [Pro Products page](https://www.servicetitan.com/features/pro/fleet), or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager. ## Allow access to Fleet Pro In order for office employees to use Fleet Pro and be eligible for email alerts and Geofencing notifications, you need to enable access on their employee profiles. To allow access to **Fleet Pro** in ServiceTitan: 1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Settings ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-gnav-settings-inactive.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T02%3A39%3A35Z&se=2026-10-31T03%3A39%3A35Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=qX0o4SMurGl7qDxU7E%2BZsgSLg2e2%2BqC7PyR7u9ZSScs%3D)**. 2. In the side panel, go to **People > Employees**. 3. Click **Edit** for the employee you want to allow access to Fleet Pro. 4. Go to **Permissions** and search for *Fleet Pro*. 5. When finished, click **Save Changes**. To make office employees eligible for email alerts and geofencing notifications: 1. In the side panel, go to **People > Employees**. 3. Click **Edit** for the employee you want to allow access to Fleet Pro. 4.
