Things to know
If you have received an Export Error and the Entity Type in the Export Error Reports is determined to be Tax, you will need to check your QuickBooks Desktop for the corresponding Tax Item.
Workflows
Find the Tax Item in the Item List
Navigate to Lists > Item List.
In the Search Bar, type the name of the Tax Item from the Error. For example, if the Tax Item is "ST Sales Tax", you will type ST Sales Tax Payable in the Search Bar and click Search. The result will appear below.
