# Duplicate pricebook items

## Overview

You can duplicate service, material, and equipment items in your pricebook with a click. This simplifies creating multiple variations of similar items, saving you time and reducing data entry errors.

## Things to know

- All fields copy over to a duplicate item except the item *Code* and, for material and equipment items, the vendor *Part #*.
- If you track inventory and you duplicate an inventory item, you’re prompted if you want inventory tracking enabled for the duplicate. This lets you create non-inventory versions of inventory items for jobs that use materials outside your inventory supply chain. Account configuration is required to use inventory tracking. Please contact [Technical Support](https://go.servicetitan.com/#/ask) for details.

## Duplicate a pricebook item

1. 2. In the side panel, click the pricebook section of the item: **Services**, **Equipment**, or **Materials**. The item table opens.
3. Browse the table or use the search field to find the items you want to edit. > **Tip:** Click **Filters** to open the *Filters* screen. You can filter items in the table based on price, sold hours, category, and other details. After setting the filters, click **Apply**.
4. 5. 6. 7. A duplicate version of the item opens. Enter a new Code for the item and make any necessary changes.
8. When you’re done, click **Save**.
