# Don't know what materials are linked to equipment

## Problem

The problem is that technicians want to see what materials are needed for their job.

## Solution

To see what materials are linked to a piece of equipment, guide the technician to equipment to the estimate or invoice to see which materials automatically appear.

> **Note:** Only managed technicians can add equipment to the estimate or invoice.

### Add equipment to the estimate

To add equipment to an estimate:

1. In ServiceTitan Mobile, go to the Job profile.
2. 3. 4. ### Add equipment to the invoice

Alternatively, you can add equipment to an invoice:

1. From ServiceTitan Mobile, the Job profile.
2. > **Note:** To avoid using a job invoice, use a Manual invoice instead. Go to the **Profile** and select **Manual Invoices** > **Create New**.

3. 4. The associated materials will be added to the invoice along with the equipment.
