# Dialpad Error Message: Your app seems to be having trouble registering with Dialpad

## Problem

Dialpad Native App displays a message stating the app seems to be having trouble registering with Dialpad and the app is not functional.

## Solution

### Delete the device from the list

1. Ask the affected user to log out of and close the Dialpad app.
2. Navigate to [www.dialpad.com](http://www.dialpad.com). They should be taken to **Your Profile** settings.
3. Scroll down and click on **Your Devices.**
4. Click the three vertical dot icons in the same row as the device with a unique name. Usually, this is the name of the computer.
5. 6. Ask the user to log in to the Dialpad app.
