The card is likely not enabled in settings. 1. Navigate to **Settings > Operations > Customer.** 2. Toggle on **Average Job Total card.** 3. Click **Save**. #### What is the dispatch fee threshold for? This is the threshold set by a tenant to exclude any jobs from the Average Job Total card calculation if the job does not surpass the dispatch fee threshold. The default is set to $85, unless the value has been changed by the tenant it can be expected that any jobs with a subtotal under $85 won't count toward the Average Job Total card. #### How is Average Job Total calculated? The card is calculated by looking at completed, active jobs for the customer where the subtotal was greater than the dispatch fee set in settings. If there are multiple jobs under a single project, it will be counted as (1) job for the calculation. **Example:** Invoice #1 - $500 Subtotal (Not in a project) Invoice #2 - $700 Subtotal (In project #1) Invoice #3 - $9,000 Subtotal (In project #1) *Both Invoice #2 & #3 will be viewed as a single job since they're in the same project. **Calculation:** 500 (Invoice #1) + 700 (Invoice #2) + 9000 (Invoice #3) = 10200 (Sum of subtotals) 10200 (Sum of subtotals) / 2 (Total completed & active jobs) = 5100 (Average) The top-level account in ServiceTitan representing a property owner or account holder, containing all locations, jobs, and history. **What it does:** Serves as the single source of truth for all customer interactions, history, and financial data. **Also called:** Customer account, Client record **Tags:** Core [See the full glossary →](https://help.servicetitan.com/docs/glossary-overview)
