# Create and schedule full cycle counts

## Overview

Create and schedule a full cycle count to manage all items in a specific inventory location at a selected cadence. It also helps you to ensure that all items have been counted within the chosen time frame.

## Create and schedule a full cycle count

1. 2. In the side menu, click **Inventory Counts**.
3. 4. 5. > **Tip:** To select all items that are listed on the screen, select the checkbox at the top of the list next to the Item Name heading. To view more than 10 items on the screen, go to the bottom of the item list and select a number from the **items per page** dropdown.
6. On the *Select Count Frequency and Sort Items* screen that opens, go to the *Count Details* section, and enter the following details.
  1. **End Date:** Enter the date by which you or your employees want to stop scheduling the full cycle count.

7. When finished, click **Create Recurring Count**.

To view and manage the recurring count you scheduled, go to **Settings > Inventory > Recurring Inventory Counts**.
