Below you can find three ways to create an estimate from the *Call Booking* screen. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Accountants and office employees - Primarily for Residential Construction and Commercial Construction business types #### Feature configuration - Account configuration is required. Please contact [Technical Support](https://go.servicetitan.com/#/ask) for details. - Permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team. ## Create an estimate from a location record 1. [Search and open](/construction/docs/use-search-in-servicetitan#search-for-records) the location record for which you want to create an estimate. 2. You're now ready to build an estimate from this customer location. ## Create an estimate from the Call Booking screen 1. Go to the main navigation bar and click **Calls** (or **Job Booking** for ServiceTitan Phones Pro). 2. Click **Manual job**. 3. In the **Name** field, enter the customer name for who you want to create an estimate. 4. If you're on a Windows computer, right-click the customer location and select **Build Estimate**. You're now ready to build an estimate for this customer location. ## Create an estimate from Call Booking screen customer location 1. Go to the main navigation bar and click **Calls** (or **Job Booking** for ServiceTitan Phones Pro). 2. Click **Manual job**. 3. On the *Call* screen, find a customer or service location record. For more information on how to find a customer or location record, see [Manage customer and service location records](/construction/docs/customer-and-location-records-overview). 4. Go to the **Overview** section. 6. Click the **Business Unit** dropdown and select the business unit you want. For example, *HVAC*. 7. In the **Summary** field, provide an estimate summary. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** To build an estimate, the Business Unit and the Summary fields are required. 8.
