If you only update the **Cost** column in the spreadsheet, the system doesn't apply those values. The costs must also be reflected in the **Vendor Price** column for the primary vendor assigned to each item. Update both the **Cost** column and the **Vendor Price** column to ensure the new costs apply correctly. > [!TIP] > **Tip:** Identify which vendor is set as the primary vendor for the item, then update that vendor's price column. ### Update the pricebook file 1. Open your pricebook import file. 2. Locate the vendor price column, for example, **Default Replenishment Vendor [Vendor] Price,** and add the costs for each item. > [!TIP] > **Tip:** Copy the values from the Cost column and paste them into the vendor price column. ![Spreadsheet showing default replenishment vendor prices and primary vendor information.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/costs-dont-populate-after-a-pricebook-import-image-nmupt7tr.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T03%3A47%3A30Z&se=2026-10-31T04%3A47%3A30Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=EHJKlOdYjUb%2B1pw95mGlgS6CPWSbH4sXL92cSSWEKOM%3D) 3. Save the updated file. 4. [Import](/construction/docs/import-and-export-your-pricebook-1#import-your-pricebook) the file into ServiceTitan. 5. Verify that the equipment costs now display correctly.
