# Copy or export a form

## Overview

Export a form and make a copy by importing it back in and editing it. Make a copy to duplicate existing forms without starting from scratch.

## Things to know

- You can copy, export, and import only native ServiceTitan forms, and not PDF forms.
- You can send the exported file to another ServiceTitan user to share your forms.

## Copy a form

1. 2. In the side panel, click **Operations** **>** **Forms**.
3. 4. On the *Make a Copy* screen that opens, enter the number of copies you want to make.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** You can make up 99 copies of a form. Each copied form will have a New tag next to it which is removed when you leave the Forms screen.
5. Select if you want to include the *Triggers* and *Conditional logic rules*.
6. When finished, click **Make Copy**.

## Export a form

1. 2. In the side panel, go to **Operations >** **Forms**.
3. 4. On the *Export Form* that opens, select if you want to include the *Triggers* and *Conditional logic rules*.
5. When finished, click **Export**. The form is automatically downloaded to your device.

## Import a form

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** Forms can be imported into ServiceTitan if they were exported from ServiceTitan. The file must be in JSON format.

1. 2. In the side panel, go to **Operations > Forms**.
3. 4. Select and upload a file from your computer.
5. Click **Import**. The file is successfully imported.
6. In the *Import Form* window that opens:
  1. Click **Preview Form** to preview the form.
  2. #### Can I merge forms in ServiceTitan?

No, ServiceTitan does not offer a feature to merge forms directly. You can duplicate one of the forms and manually copy the content from the other form you want to merge. For more, see [Copy or export a form](/construction/docs/copy-or-export-a-form).
