Instead of all-or-nothing access, you can grant or restrict visibility screen by screen. This helps reduce risk while giving employees access only to what they need. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Administrators - Applies to all business types - Applies to all trades #### Feature configuration - Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. ## Things to know - This feature replaces the single *Access Settings* permission with granular child permissions. - When this feature is enabled, the *Access Setting Permission* section appears where you can grant access to individual Settings screens. - Turning off the master permission disables all child permissions. - Turning on the master permission allows selection of individual Settings screens. - Some screens are controlled by *Access Settings* main permissions, for example, Operations > Booking Sold estimate, Operations > Document Management. - Some actions require both Access Settings and functional permissions, for example, Employees in Access Settings + Edit Employee/Technician in Payroll & Admin. - Some screens are still controlled by existing permissions in other sections. - Employees only see *Settings* screens they have permission to access. ## Configure role permissions Use this workflow to control which Settings screens a role can access. 1.
