# Confirm if a purchase order was emailed

## Problem

You want to know if a PO was sent by email.

## Solution

### Confirm if a purchase order was emailed

There are two ways to check if a Purchase Order (PO) was emailed.

From the Inventory or Purchasing Module:

1. From the navigation bar, click **Purchasing** or **Inventory**.
2. In the left menu, click on **Purchase Orders**
3. Click on the **Sent** tab
4. If the PO is included in the generated list, it was sent.
5. Check the *Send Method* column to view how it was sent.

From the Job Summary Page:

1. Locate and View the Job the PO is tied to
2. Scroll to the bottom to view the History
3. Review the history to look for a *PO Sent* entry
