# Complete and send forms in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

## Overview

Use forms to gather details about customers and jobs and email the completed form to the customer for their records.

> **Note:** If you have the *Enable Visit Assistant* permission, you can have customers review and sign forms from their own device, without needing to share yours. - The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see [System requirements and mobile app information](/v1/docs/system-requirements).
- If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) (through the office) or reach out directly to [support@servicetitan.com](mailto:support@servicetitan.com).
- The *View Forms* permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

## Things to know

- In Commercial terminology, jobs are referred to as work orders.
- [Required arrival forms](/construction/docs/use-required-arrival-forms-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app) need to be completed after you tap **Arrive**. You can complete other forms later using the [Form Trigger](/construction/docs/use-form-triggers) pop-up. If a form is required, you must complete it before you can complete the job.

- If you send a form to a customer, the customer receives a PDF version of the completed form including any pictures or notes you added to the form.
- All photos added to forms are automatically added to the job history. You can see them in the [Files tab](/construction/docs/view-job-history) of the job.
- Forms can be duplicated to completed jobs. The duplicated form is created as a new, incomplete copy tied to the completed job. Pre-filled data from the original form can be retained or updated. ## Complete a form

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** Forms you've started but haven't completed show an Incomplete label. You can filter forms by their status, name, or completion status.

1. Open your job and tap the **Forms** tab. If a form is required, you can also tap the **Invoice** tab.

**Commercial:** Open your work order and tap the **Forms** tab. If a form is required, you can also tap the **Work Order** tab.

> **Note:** The Invoice (Residential) or Work Order (Commercial) tab lists only required forms. Fill out optional forms on the Forms tab.
2. Tap the **form** you want to complete.

> **Tip:** If your company uses a lot of forms, you can filter by business unit to find the one you need.
3. While completing a form, you can:
  - Duplicate or delete sections of a form by tapping **More.** For more, see [Duplicate a form](/construction/docs/complete-and-send-forms-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app#duplicate-a-form).
  - Add notes to a field by tapping **Add > Note** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-draft.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A47%3A04Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A47%3A04Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=n7Ubd9h4kXpurGCFYzwPN6XC1%2F8Jf7OHhcHoqcRVnuo%3D) and adding your note.   - Take or upload photos and videos for the form by tapping **Add** and selecting the relevant option. For more, see [Add media to a job and mark photos in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App](/construction/docs/manage-photos-videos-and-files-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app).
4. When finished, tap **Save**.

> This restriction doesn't affect *Technician* forms, forms in the *Opportunity* module, service agreement forms on the job, equipment forms, location documents and previous forms.

## Duplicate a form

Duplicate forms to complete multiple copies of the same form for a job. For example, if you're installing several HVAC condensers as part of the same job, you may be required to fill out a copy of the same form for each condenser.

1. Open your job (Residential) or Work Order (Commercial) and tap the **Forms** tab.
2. Tap **More** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-more-vert.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A47%3A04Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A47%3A04Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=n7Ubd9h4kXpurGCFYzwPN6XC1%2F8Jf7OHhcHoqcRVnuo%3D) next to the form you want to duplicate.
3. Tap **Duplicate** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-content-copy.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A47%3A04Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A47%3A04Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=n7Ubd9h4kXpurGCFYzwPN6XC1%2F8Jf7OHhcHoqcRVnuo%3D).
4. If you've completed any of the fields in the form you're duplicating, you're prompted to either make a blank copy or a copy that contains the information you've added.
5. When you copy a form, the original is named 1 and the copy 2 with subsequent copies named sequentially. To rename a copy, tap **Rename** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-edit.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A47%3A04Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A47%3A04Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=n7Ubd9h4kXpurGCFYzwPN6XC1%2F8Jf7OHhcHoqcRVnuo%3D) next to the form copy name.

> **Note:** You can delete all but one copy. The final copy cannot be deleted.

## Send a completed form to a customer

1. Open your job (Residential) or Work Order (Commercial) and tap the **Forms** tab.
2. Tap the form you want to send.
3. Tap **Send > Email Form(s)**.
4. On the *Email Form(s)* window that opens, turn on the **Send from my email** toggle.
5. Enter the recipient's email

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** Verify the customer's email address. You can manually add email addresses that aren't already in the system.
6. Add forms or media if needed.
7. ## Access in progress or completed forms

When you partially fill out or complete a form, you can revisit it by tapping **Forms**. In-progress forms have the *Incomplete* label. Completed forms include the date and time that they were finished.

## View previous forms

1. On the *Forms* tab, tap **Previous Forms**.
2. On the *Previous Forms* screen that opens, you can view the forms you previously created.

To view previous equipment forms:

1. On the *Equipment* tab, tap the equipment you want.
2. On the screen that opens, tap the **Forms** tab.
3. ## View forms with conditional logic

If office managers set up conditional logic in the forms, the rules will be applied as you fill them out. For example, if you indicate that there is no AC unit, all related questions about air conditioning are hidden. 1. Open a form.
2.
