# Change Phone Provider and Integrate with Microsoft Teams Phones in ServiceTitan

## Problem

You want to change the phone provider and ask if ServiceTitan integrates with Microsoft Teams Phones.

## Solution

Ensure the new phone provider has a 10-digit phone number to receive calls.

1. 2. In the side panel, go to **Phones > Phone Numbers**.
3. In the **Set Forwarding Number** field, enter the Microsoft Teams 10-digit phone number.
4. Click **Save**.
