## Problem

An employee can't access the replenishment module, pages come up blank.

## Solution

### Cannot access the replenishment module, pages come up blank

Internet browsers store a memory of your recently visited websites in what is called a 'cache'. While this is done to load pages faster, it can sometimes result in an error such as a blank page. [Clearing your cache](/v1/docs/settings-faq#what-if-an-employee-sees-a-blank-white-screen-after-logging-in) forces your computer to re-download the page.
