# Can I assign a form to a specific task in pricebook so that a checklist appears for technicians when performing a specific service?

## Problem

Technicians need a checklist for specific tasks like furnace check-ups. The checklist should appear automatically when the task is selected.

## Solution

### Set up form triggers for services or equipment

1. In the side panel, click **Operations > Forms**.
2. Find the *Trigger* column on the *Forms* screen.
3. Hover over *No Trigger* in the *Trigger* column.
4. Click **Add a Trigger** when it appears.
5. 6. Select the specific service or equipment to link to the form.
