# Can I assign a form to a specific service in pricebook so that a checklist appears for technicians when performing a specific service?

### **Problem**

Technicians need a checklist for specific services like furnace check-ups. The checklist should appear automatically when the service is selected.

### **Solution**

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

### **Set up form triggers for services or equipment**

1. In the side panel, click **Operations > Forms**
2. Find the *Trigger* column on the *Forms* screen.
3. Hover over *No Trigger* in the *Trigger* column.
4. Click **Add a Trigger** when it appears.
5. Select either Service or Equipment as the trigger type.
