# Calls bubbles not popping up in ServiceTitan

## Problem

You noticed that the calls come in to your office number but the call bubble is not generated in ServiceTitan.

## Solution

Ensure the customer is calling a tracking number—not a forwarding number—as only tracking numbers trigger call bubbles.

### Place Test Calls to Confirm Tracking Number Functionality

1. Confirm the caller is not dialing your forwarding number, instead of one of your tracking numbers.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** Call bubbles are only generated if the customer calls your ServiceTitan tracking numbers. The forwarding number never generates call bubbles.
2. Place a test call to your tracking number to verify the system generates a call bubble in the *Job Booking* screen.
  1. If you see the call bubble in ServiceTitan, the customer most likely called your forwarding number.
  2. If the system does not generate a call bubble when you call one of the tracking numbers, reach out to [ServiceTitan Technical Support](https://go.servicetitan.com/#/ask) for further assistance.
