# Caller ID drop-down menu not appearing in Google Chrome

## Problem

The Caller ID drop-down menu does not appear in Google Chrome, making it impossible to choose a number to call from.

## Solution

1. Check if the issue is specific to your account or if others are experiencing it as well.
2. Use incognito mode in *Google Chrome* to see if the issue persists.
  1. Click **More** at the top right corner of your *Chrome* browser.
  2. Select **New Incognito Window** and log in to your account.
3. Clear the cache and cookies in *Chrome*.
  1. Click **More** at the top right corner of your *Chrome* browser.
  2. Click **Clear Browsing Data**.
  3. Select **Cookies and Cached images and files**.
  4. Change the time filter at the top to **All Time**.
  5. Click **Clear Data**.
  6. Make a hard refresh by selecting **Ctrl** + **Shift** + **R**.
4. Disable any browser extensions that may be interfering with the Caller ID drop-down menu.
5. Update *Google Chrome* to the latest version.
  1. Click **More** at the top right corner of your *Chrome* browser.
  2. Select **Help** > **About Google Chrome**.
  3. Click **Update Google Chrome** then click **Relaunch**.
6. If the issue persists, try using a different browser such as Safari or Firefox.
