# Call customers from ServiceTitan Mobile

## Overview

Use ServiceTitan Mobile to call customers. Call Recordings can be accessed from the customer profile.

## Call customer directly from the ServiceTitan Mobile

To call a customer directly from the ServiceTitan Mobile, complete the following:

1. 2. > **Note:** Make sure to tap **Call**. Do *not* dial the number from your phone. Direct calls from your phone are not recorded or attached to the Customer Record.
3. A notification asks you to confirm the call. Tap **Call**. ServiceTitan rings your phone. > **Tip:** To call customers in the ServiceTitan mobile app without booking a new job, go to the **Follow-Up** tab, find the relevant opportunity, and tap **View Opportunity**.
