This reduces the need for office staff to manually follow up. After booking, ServiceTitan marks the recurring service event as complete and links it to the invoice, eliminating additional manual steps. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Administrators, managers, and office employees - Primarily for Residential Service and Replacement business types #### Feature configuration - You must have Scheduling Pro set up and active on your account. - Recurring service types must already be configured in ServiceTitan and associated with memberships. For more, see [Create and edit recurring service types](/v1/docs/create-and-edit-recurring-service-types). ## Things to know - Customers must have an existing recurring service tied to their service location for the prompt to appear during booking. ## Enable recurring services in your scheduler Before customers can book recurring service appointments through Scheduling Pro, turn on the Recurring services toggle in your scheduler settings. 1. After enabling, the scheduler automatically surfaces the recurring service prompt for eligible customers. ## How customers book a recurring service appointment When a customer with an existing recurring service visits your Scheduling Pro scheduler, they are prompted to book as a recurring service rather than a one-time appointment. 1. The customer opens your Scheduling Pro scheduler and selects a service type, for example: *Pest Control*. 2. The customer selects an available appointment time. 3. The customer enters their contact information and service address. For more, see [Test and preview your Scheduler](/construction/docs/test-and-preview-your-scheduler). After the customer goes through the web scheduler to book the job, Scheduling Pro checks their account for any associated recurring services. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** They need to be an existing customer in your account. 4. If a recurring service is found, a prompt appears. In Scheduling Pro Workconnect, this feature can be disabled and automatically book the job as a recurring service appointment. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/book-recurring-service-appointments-with-scheduling-pro-image-gyq2rr7o.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A49%3A14Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A49%3A14Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1%2BCs%2Fnyhzq4bu%2F%2Bpfi3qcYMlK4EV4IoGibVdM0rhcoY%3D) 5.
