# Book a job in ServiceTitan Mobile

## Overview

If you have the *Book job* permission, you can book a job for yourself in ServiceTitan Mobile. Use this guide to learn how to book a job.

#### Feature configuration

- The *Book job* permission is required to book jobs for yourself in ServiceTitan Mobile. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

## Things to know

- You can add a new customer and Location Record while booking a job. You aren't able to add a new customer or location without booking a job in ServiceTitan Mobile.

## Book a job in ServiceTitan Mobile

1. 2. A physical service address associated with a customer, containing all jobs, equipment, and history for that property.

**What it does:** Separates service history by property so businesses serving customers with multiple locations can track work at each site.
